In response to the declaration of war by Gankands against the Hosal Socialist Federation, thata Raikh of hize Dalen hereby extends the usage of the Hauhkunoleiksflutt to the forces of Hosal in defence of their shores and in pursuit and destruction of any ships belonging to Gankands.
