Further expansion of the Southern Territories

With the worrying expansion of the Nations of the D.O.C, the Mayors of Sheen were all in agreement that the current territorial claims in the southern seas were not enough, furthermore, they were worried about the strait that would now be under Grand Maren's control, who had refused to cooperate with them, and not under theirs. Thus, it was agreed to further expand the territory towards the gankands and cover the remaining entrance into the Ring Sea, while also opening an extra port on the ring sea which would rely on the Merchant marine navy to be defended. Thus Ships were sent out to the new locations to set up settlements and conquer the newly claimed islands in the name of the Southern Territories. Flags were raised, and national dignitaries were notified of Sheenish interests. 

For the easternmost claims, ships were sent by the colonial government to integrate the islands, with the resources required to get the locals to cooperate, and if they did not, the resources to subjugate. Furthermore on already claimed islands cargo ships were sent with the resources to build railways and engineers to further expand the ports, which were already hitting capacity. With all this activity, the Sheenish Southern Expansion truly began.
