Due to the rising demand for fast and efficient patrol craft and the rising threat of piracy on the high seas, thata Raikh af hize Dalen wishes to request the usage of naval assets currently owned by the Socialist Federation of Hosal for an extended period of time and with the understanding that any assets lost will be repaid in full or replaced by assets of equal or greater value, at the expense of thata Raikh af hize Dalen.
We hereby offer that thata Raikh af hize Dalen and the Swersgesat pay the total amount of two-thousand Sovereigns a month per ship to the Socialist Federation of Hosal in exchange for the loan of thirty-three corvettes or frigates from the Hosalian Navy for a period of no more than twelve months and no less than one month by the Merchants' Calendar.
We also agree to leave any and all upgrades made to the naval assets in place, pending the approval of the Hosalian Navy, and to remove them should it be requested, at the expense of thata Raikh af hize Dalen.
