"this is a compelling offer for anyone else though not for us as we dont need protection from pirates for more or less obvious reasons, it would just not be worth the technology. Does your nation maybe has ships or other Military assets that can help the republic in its upcoming struggles, I need ships that can get our smaller vessels over the ocean safe. and that can deploy said ships at a moments notice."
