Project Niujishaban/Nieuwe Haven

Following the successful war in the Gankands, we have begun drawing plans for the establishment of a new mega-port in the newly conquered territories. We hereby propose the construction of a new two-hundred and twenty hides (106,92 sq.km.) large port complex in the continental portion of Hweituzdas.
Our plans call for the port to be able to handle up to 20,669,000 tons (21,000,674 Metric Tonnes) a year and to have ship building facilities capable of producing ships with gross tonnages of 230,000. In order to achieve these goals, we currently have a budget of fifty-milliard Sovereigns in the works finance these construction efforts. Large scale dredging will be required in order to allow larger vessels to use the port and new rail links will be needed as well, so as to connect it to cities in West Thosel Cransconia as well as to replace the truly outdated and inadequate rail infrastructure left over from the Gankands being an independent realm.
Our plans also call for a wharf with 11,000 feet of frontage capable of handling forty ships at once being constructed, with additional land being set aside for future expansions. The total cost is valued at a hundred-million Sovereigns for that alone and it will require an outer approach channel with a bottom depth of 40 feet and a bottom width of 700 feet running for four miles; a 1.5 mile-long inner approach channel, with a bottom depth of 60 feet and a bottom width of 800 feet, which will broaden into a manoeuvring basin.
With all this laid out, we hope that we might attract your interest and secure investment in our project. If you would be willing to invest twenty-milliard or so, we would grant you complete access to the port and ship building facilities as well as preferred treatment in scheduling matters.
So, here are the things I referenced when drawing up the plans.
