From: The Right Honourable Lord Mayor Garend Marston of the City of Sheen
Your Excellency,
As to not waste your precious time too much as I understand that you must be very busy now that your country has made contact with the Magdali Empire, I would like to make you a proposal. We in the Association are famed for our civil engineers and capability of building new railway infrastructure from the ground up, as such I am offering you the ability to have a brand new railway line between our treaty port in Rodina to areas throughout your nation built to the same standard the Magdali and Rodinans use, giving you access to brand new transport infrastructure and the ability to ship your goods from a world class port.
We hope you take my offer seriously and respond soon,
Kind regards,
Garend Marston.

Dear Lord Mayor,
I hope these words find you in good health and high spirits. Please accept my apologies for any tardiness if this reply has reached you in undue time, as communications technology is occasionally met with the climatological challenges of our unique geographical location.
The Democratic Republic of Bukkora would warmly accept the Association's proposal for a railway line connecting the Rodinan treaty port with a few of our own coastal towns. Pyalchero, our capital, hosts the majority of our nation's commerce, and the coastal towns of Nakəlm and Lımbut'uy also serve as additional points by which to connect goods and natural resources to the treaty port.
We in Bukkora believe that no offer is to be left unreciprocated, and as such the DRB would like to establish formal relations between itself and the Association, should you be open to the prospect.
Yours with great esteem, Synli Nath President

I am also glad you accepted our proposal and as such I will organise an engineering team to go out and construct the railway line to our standards, so that you gain the benefits of cross compatibility with our network as well as the Magdali network. I have made sure to have them informed of your mentioned major towns for the line to go through. As for your wish to establish formal relations, we in the Association would be open to such a thing, and would like to invite your government to set up an embassy within our Embassy district. There is a lovely building free next to the DOC Chamber in the city that is not to far from other nation's embassies. Kind Regards, Garend Marston.
