I have been informed by His Eternal Majesty, Emperor Florin-Aurelius, that a patrician of Divinium approached you, and was received favorably, with plans for the establishment of formal diplomatic relations between our two nations. To that end, The Senate and People of Divinium would be positively inclined to accept a legation from Bukkora, to stay in the Divinian court at St. Helena with our other foreign legations and ambassadors. We would also happily allow the establishment of Consulates here in Divinium for the purpose of easing economic and domestic relations between any of your people who choose to visit our nation for pleasure or profit. The cities of Vernalport, Rigel, and Coronae’i’Xarn would be suitable locations for the establishment of said consulates, as they cover much of the great expanse of our empire.
We would humbly request your nation receive an ambassador from Divinium and the establishment of a Divinian Consulate in turn, wheresoever you deem they would most amicably serve our mutual interests.
