Subject: Easing Shipping and Immigration
Due to an increase in trade between the colonies of the Raikh and Sheenish holdings in the Greatsea, as well as layovers from the Sheenish mainland en-route to Sheenish holdings, we feel that a set of bi-lateral agreements could be beneficial to both parties involved.
1. Commercial vessels registered within the Raikh or the Association coming from a port belonging to one of these realms and bound for a port likewise belonging to one of these realms are to be exempt from port fees, with the fees being paid for by the government of the host country. 2. The establishment of automatic entry and exit visas for subjects of the respective realms travelling to territories within the Greatsea and located west of the Westajlandin. For our purposes, we would like to ask that the visas be valid for a period of six (6) months from entry. 3. Alternatively, the establishment of alien quarters in designated staple ports which do not require entry and exit visas for ship's company and passengers to disembark, as well as duty free shopping within these areas.
We are willing to discuss the terms and any additions you might require.

From: The Sheenish Council of CommerceTo: Þata Hebiðdräkhskapiz af FermeigsakinSubject: Easing Shipping and ImmigrationWe find points 1 and 3 the most desirable for a bi-lateral agreement of a free travel zone within the Greatsea. We would also like to have these duty free shops to be jointly run by both national governments to increase both our national revenue streams. We have no issues with in the future extending this agreement to include point 2 in the future, perhaps if staple ports are not found to be sufficient and instead full free movement withing the greatsea would be preferable. If this is acceptable, we are happy to proceed and enact these agreements.
