We of Borealis have heard of your plight in feeding the Rodinian Territories. We are willing to support your aid efforts, in return for your expertise and machinery. We can transfer grain and beef from our shores to your territory, but first our grain and beef must arrive from their fields and slaughterhouses. This is a complication, even in our daily lives here. The Federal Council and I, against my husband's instincts, desire to cooperate with you in producing a rail system, to Magdali specifications, as payment for our grain and cattle.
We would also be willing to allow mercantile vessels under your banners to be treated equally to our own mercantile fleet in our ports, if this would aid in humanitarian efforts.
