The war is in its final stages, and is about to end. Yet the nation of Rodina seems unsalvageable for a while, therefore. A lot of the people who received higher education would leave the Rodina to better use their skills elsewhere than Rodina, an estimated 11 million educated men and women would flee the Rodina for a better life elsewhere.

The Royaume de Acielon takes an opportunity if it sees one. It's publically announced that Acielon is welcoming a maximum of 2 million refugees and also offers citizenship to those who have qualifications in fields like engineering, science, architecture and medicine. They're promised high wages, many employment opportunities and a good standard of living.

The Archduke of Borealis, and his Federal Council, have passed a motion extending the Land Claim Act of 1902 to all interested Rodinian Refugees, and shall begin work making job opportunities within our nation for these prospectors. Those who can travel by Sea to Cape Providence, or at minimum over land to any Military Installation along the border, can receive official paperwork. We cannot promise to provide any more than what these fine men and women are willing to put in, but we are a land of opportunity to whoever is willing to work for it.

The empire of Baburistan would be willing to accomodate a maximum of 3 million rodinian refugees in the capital city of Shajahanabad and its outskirts and provide them with food,shelter,jobs,education (etc...) as well as offers citizenship for educated professionals in the fields of manufacturing,science,education,business and agriculture with friends and relatives being allowed visa free travel for a total of 2 months as well as rodinian refugees who have stayed in the country for at least 5 years also being offered citizenship. |
