As the conference neared its conclusion Wilhelm 2's heart began to pound, in the very same room with him was a girl he may marry. He struggled to suppress his fears until finally the last signature was signed and the conference concluded. He sat in his chair for a few moments longer until a nudge from his grandfather forced him up and walking towards Justine. After trying to swallow the knot in his throat Wilhelm 2 put on his brave face and spoke, "Hello, it may be a bit late but with the authority of my royal blood I, Wilhelm Cransnikov, welcome you to Tholeland." After speaking his part, Wilhelm 2 went into a deep bow.

The blondette actually was startled when that boy greeted her. And to be frank a bit overwhelmed, she just had interrupted the adults talk and been in the center of attention during the conference, and despite that she suddenly didn't feel as confident as usual. She broke herself out of her stupor and hurried to make a curtsy and giving an answer: "Thank you for welcoming me." As soon as she brought this out Justine felt even more embarassed, she may just have broken etiquette. Just what would people think of her?!

Wilhelm 2 let go a breath he hadn't realized he was holding when he realized Justine was just as nervous as he was. Letting a legitimate smile break through his facade he continued, "You are welcome. I was told I should show you around Maxinberg, but there is so much to do I am not sure we will have enough time for it all. As such I will start with my favorites, if that is alright with you. Firstly we have an estate nearby, It has a shooting range, stables, kennels, and there is this big garden with a waterfall in the middle that frogs love with a pond that has a bunch of fish. Do you like shooting, horses, dogs, and gardens? Oh! and there's a a fencing hall with all these cool swords on the walls! Ahem, there is also a lot of stuff around the city if you would prefer like the markets, the churches, the library, the palace, and some scop-houses."

Speechless. That was the state Justine, crown princess of Acielon found herself in. For some reason she really liked it when the prince, no his name was Wilhelm, smiled. The estate also sounded more exciting than some buildings, so there was no question where she wanted to go: "That estate sounds wonderful, I would be happy to ge there!" Then she remembered her manners: "Could you escort me there, please?"

Wilhelm 2 couldn't help but smile brighter at her response and now fully in his element drew upon his knowledge of chivalry (though admittedly his knowledge was somewhat limited as he skipped all that gross kissing stuff in most of his knight books) fell to his knee and spoke, "It would be this humble page's great honor to escort a fair maiden to his ancestral estate." Giving Justine little time to respond he jumped up and grabbed her hand, "c'mon let's go I want you to meet Glitterhoof." running out of the meting room. After the two left, there was a stunned moment of silence between the officials before Wilhelm chuckled, "There can be no doubt, he's a Cransnikov."
Wilhelm 2 (with a few of his personal guards tailing him) took Justine to the stable to get mounts to ride to the Maxinberg estate, where he introduced her to his favored mount, Glitterhoof. Glitterhoof is a massive and quite mean looking Tholish Charger who; nevertheless, was quite tame when Wilhelm 2 offered him sugar cubes and pets and he seemed to barely tolerate Justine. From there, Wilhelm 2 took Justine to the kennels but quickly left due to her seeming distaste for the hounds. Quick to move past his mistep, Wilhelm 2 took Justine the grand garden and green house to see the many flowers and plants carefully arranged by the estate gardeners, though Wilhelm 2 was more interested in feeding the fish and catching frogs in the artificial waterfall.
With the sun passing its zenith the pair ate a lunch of tea, Tholish pastries, and sandwiches, before departing for the fencing hall. Though somewhat hesitant to strike a woman, Wilhelm 2 was proud to show his skills in fencing (it being one of the skills that came most easily to him despite his damaged left arm), and the two wasted most of the remainder of the day in the hall. When the sun began to sink, Wilhelm 2 brought Justine out to a hill overlooking the sunset before producing a wrapped calvary saber, "this saber does not have a fancy name. It is lined with silver, but it isn't very fancy. Despite all this, Ealhstan, the crusader king, used it for many years. It is said that with this saber he crushed the crow-lords, and he lopped off the head of the Saracen emperor with a single stroke. And so, I want you to have it so you can protect your reign." After Justine's accepting of the Saber Wilhelm 2 perked up again and added, "Oh! and it would be awesome if you had it during a crusade, I hope we have a crusade when we rule."
