Wilhelm sat in his office reading over various reports, when he heard a knock at his door. Opening it, a guard wordlessly handed him a manilla envelop before turning about and walking away. After reading through the documents within, he reached into his stack of processed reports and began to write.
To: His Majesty Renaud d'Vaugeois, Régent de Acielon, Gouverneur de Brionne, Seigneur des Forêts, Contrôleur Suprême de la Justice, Adepte de la Foi From: Wilhelm Cransnikov, Highking of Southern Ostrea
May your realm be blessed with prosperity,
I write this letter regarding a common issue faced by us both. You see, A sheenish based group attempted to infiltrate a Tholish Aeronautics manufacturing facility. The spies, were of course, caught and their network crushed, though in doing so we received confessions that this operation was spurred on by a spy-ring in sheen under the cover of "acme". I have my suspicions that this acme group are also responsible for your troubles, and therefore would be interested in cooperation in seeing this matter dealt with.
In unrelated news, I hear your daughter is receiving suitors. If I may be so bold, my second eldest grandson is of similar age and perhaps could a good choice. We would be happy to host her for a visit. Furthermore, if during this vist you happened to also seek cooperation during this new frontier of military technology opening, we would be amicable to an arrangement.
Justly,
Wilhelm Cransnikov

The Roy de Acielon took a seat in his office after finally ending a long round of discussions and consultation with his most trusted allies. The information the Highking had given them regarding Acme could indeed prove valuable and his offer was a most intriguing one. After some back and forth to most attendants suprise, the commissioner general of the police was the one who had pushed the most for this cooperation. He had admitted that foreign help would be invaluable as it had been Acielonian inexperience that had caused the AIA treason in the end. Now the King sat in his office preparing the reply.

From: Renaud d'Vaugeois, Roy de Acielon
May your realms soil ever be fertile,
I thank you for the letter you sent us and even more for it's contents. Truthfully when we face a common advesary it's only the natural action to cooperate and overcome them. We shall accept your offer of cooperation and hope that this will be the groundwork of a good partnership between the two nations of ours. Strange are the ways with which fate guides us towards friendly minds. Our military high command is more than intrigued by your offer and shall use this opportunity to discuss such things. And I would be honoured if you received my daughter at your court and she will most likely be happy as well to get to know your grandson.
Respectful,
Renaud d'Vaugeois
