In the name of the Most Holy and Eternal High-King,
His Holy Majesty the High-King of the Realm of the Valleys and Its Subjects, having taken into consideration their Treaty concluded with the Most Excellent and Honourable Council of Five, on the 15th of Falgmenoðs, 75↋9; their said Majesty and Excellency have named for their Plenipotentiaries, that is to say:
His Holy Majesty the High-King of the Realm of the Valleys and Its Subjects, the Right Honourable Karl Helgi Drake, a Peer of Plattland, a Member of His Holy Majesty’s Most Honourable Privy Council, a Member of Realm's Meeting, and His Holy Majesty’s Principal Secretary of State, etc.;
Their Excellency the Council of Five of Emerosia, Her excellency the Legislator of the Republic, Foreign Minister Jacqueline Marat of the Emerosians;
Who, after having communicated to each other their Full Powers, found in good and due form, have agreed upon the following Articles.
1. The Popular Republic of Emerosia as it exists within its current form is to be preserved from all foreign predation for as long as it remains neutral in foreign affairs and does not aggress upon others.
2. The Realm of the Valleys swears to defend the territorial integrity of the Popular Republic of Emerosia until such a time as the State breaks its oath of neutrality.
3. The Realm of the Valleys swears to uphold the sovereignty of the Popular Republic of Emerosia until such a time as the State breaks its oath of neutrality.
4. The Popular Republic of Emerosia reserves the right to call upon the Realm of the Valleys for arbitration in its disputes should it come under threat of another power.
