The Reconfirmation of the 1878 Treaty of Elisor
The Confederated Kingdoms of Narunar and Alcamecao and The United Republic of Valanio hereby renew the Treaty of Elisor and all articles and treaties within.
Articles
1) Both parties aggree to the elimination of trade barriers and tarrifs in all areas, allowing unrestricted trade to flow unmolested between each nation.
1.1) Clause 1.1 allows for the operation of businesses in each country freely within the laws of each nation
1.2) Clause 1.2 allows for the citizens of each nation to enter, work, and holiday within each nation for a period of six (6) months without the aquisition of a visa. Any stay longer than the alloted six (6) months without a visa is an illegal act and any perpetrators will be deported to their country of origin for trial.
2) Both parties agree to mutual extradition of criminals from each nation.
2.1) Both countries agree that any crime commited in one state shall be considered a crime in the other and perpetrators will be arrested.
3) A Mutual Defence treaty
3.1) Any attack on one nation is to be considered as an attack on the other
3.1.2) An attack is defined as any hostile action taken by a third party on the citizens or soverign territory of either party
3.2) This treaty does not consider offensive actions taken by any signatories of this treaty which result in an attack on the citizens or territory of the signatory to be an offensive action by a third party capable of invoking clause three (3).
