After seeing the gains the Sadaler and Sheenish had made in the Western Ocean Alwyne decided that he should start looing that direction as well so as to not fall behind his fellow nations. After sending out some ships to scout the ocean they came across the proud nation of Lussia. The interactions went smoothly unlike interactions between the Sadaler and some of the other western states. After a few months of interactions the Emperor sent an envoy to arrange a deal with the Islanders of Lussia.
The Agreement was laid out as follows.
The Nations of Rasahd and Lussia agree to the following
Trade should be had between the nations.
Rashad shall have rights to 50% of the exports of Lussia
Rashad Shall protect Lussia from any outside intervention or threat to the Intrests of Lussia
Rashad May purchase the most up to date military equipment and technology from Lussia
