Greetings and salutations from Rashad
Over the long history of our countries we have had many wars and conflicts and I hope to end this cycle of warfare and create an Alliance between out nations to help secure security and prosperity amongst our nations.
To this end I wish to establish a Triple alliance between the Empire of Rashad, The Kingdom of West Thosel Cransconia and The Þata Raikh af hize Dalin. Below would be the conditions of the Alliance.
1. The 3 nations will support one another in a war against any outside threat with a force of at least 10% of the military strength sent along with military and civilian supplies.
2. If a nation breaks the alliance and attacks one of the other members the 3rd will declare war on the attacker.
3. The three nations will have annual military exercises together to increase the effectiveness of our military cooperation.
I hope this will work out and prevent further Combat between our great nations.
