It was a calm day sailing through the Fortaleza strait, when the convoy was intercepted by strange ships bearing a message. From what little the sailors could make of the men speaking this strange tongue, they were requesting aid. When the ship arrived in Fortaleza proper, a telegram was sent to the Mainland, requesting for linguists from the university to venture into the land of the Stortians. Communication was hard at first, but soon the linguistic roots were traced and proper conversations could be held. After the stortian request was finally understood in its entirety, the Magdala sent an official reply:

We would also be willing to open an Embassy in your borders, and send advisors to introduce you to the other sovereign nations of the world.

When this message is received the King Aldor would be happy for the most part but confused by a word that he has never heard of that word is embassy. Since the Nation of stort has not seen muttiple kingdoms that are at peace with each other embassy would not be familiar. also manners as addressing people formal would also be unknown as you addressing some one mostly mean war so nice messages are very weird so this is the message that they send back

Isabel could not help but express her befuddlement at... this. Who would not know what an embassy is? No matter. With patience, she could sway these people to her side, and ensure a Southeast free of... complications.

Thanks for this explantion of an embassy and we will allow 1 embassy in our nation but i do ask two thing to know as quickly as possible
1. Do we have to have an embassy in magdali
2. How many foreign nation exist

The translators already present in Stort explain that, even though it was not strictly necessary, maintaining an embassy in Magdalenum's borders would, if nothing else, be viewed upon favorably. as for how many foreign nations exist, a number can't be given for certain. Details about the major powers that Magdalenum interacted with on a somewhat regular basis were given.
