In light of the collapse of Doum and the subsequent lack of a state capable of paying its debt it is now obvious that measures must be taken to insure that compensation is received from that godforsaken hell. To this end we propose a military expedition with Sheen and the Raikh to the royal palace of Doum to collect repayment as well as compensation for the inconvenience.
The Tholish state is particularly interested in items of significant historic or cultural importance and would be willing to forgo parts of the general share for these items.
