The Raikhsharjis was in a panic. The Raikhsharjis was in complete and utter disarray. While they had been preparing for war, they had only barely had time to confirm the usefulness of these new automobiles. They had not had the years to stockpile them, they had not have the years to build up new factories for them, and they had not had the years to refine their designs. The only way they could possibly outfit their now giant army and keep them modern was to do the unthinkable yet again... They were going to ask Sheen for a loan and to build them. A quick list of items was written up and then dispatched to Sheenish companies. It was simple, but it would in the long term hurt the Raikh to no end, as even if they did match the price points, they would be deeply in debt. - $15.000 per Henley, 150.000 ordered
- $65.000 per Lansdown, 15.000 ordered
- $20.000 per 3 ton, 99.932 ordered
- $25.000 per 4.5 ton, 34.314 ordered
- $51,2 per 2 pint Thermos Flask, 250.000 ordered

With the ungoing loss of materials and the now established ineffectual nature of lighter artillery against fortifications, more siege guns were needed. After determining that the existing guns in use were good enough, the uncomfortable source of one of them was highlighted. The Divinian guns, while good, were not from a reliable ally and as such could not always be replaced. Taking this in stride, they decided that it would be worth while to look into a new design to supplement the existing domestic one. The first thing the board did was look to the navy, as much as they were loathed to admit, and found out what their smallest calibre for anti-ship purposes was. Seeing that five-inch rifles were capable of taking out cruisers, they started from there.
After a week of needling the Flutt for the use of some of their rifles, they were finally granted two and some ammunition to go along with them. With the Tholes in the south, they were naturally unwilling to head to the usual testing grounds, so they took them east to the march with Rashad. There they found some old rearline fortifications that were in decent shape and set about their destructive testing. They were pleased to see that the five-inch rifles had indeed been sufficient to crack the concrete bunkers.
Satisfied with the results, the board sent an advisory to the Hebiðdräkh af Kreg to halt purchases of Divinian guns and instead requested permission to fund their own land-service 5" rifles, with some rough estimates of the cost they could expect as provided by the Flutt. After three days, they were given approval.
In total, twelve-thousand would be required for the first run. Likewise, it had been decided that the new minimums for ammunition would be set to a hundred and ten shells for every gun with the goal being of getting a thousand shells for every gun should it be possible. Naturally, hitting the desired amount would be near impossible with the constant expenditure of shells, but the goal needed to be set for after the war.

In light of the issues faced by the men of the Raikh regarding trenches, the Raikhsharjis has decided to invest in armoured trench-crossing combat vehicles; the manufacture of which, is currently being broadcast to the world as taking place in the south near the frontlines. Furthermore, a small group began advocating for investing in heavier than air aircrafts.
The Raikhsharjis has also decided to invest into cannons for the purpose of air defence. They are to use timed explosives to spread shrapnel through the air.
Finally, a decision was made to fully implement assault rifles for officers and assault squads.
