The following declaration was made by Lord Protector of the Tholish Church, His Majesty King Wilhelm Cransnikov:
An end of the petty squabbles plaguing the church is long overdue, blasphemers, heretics, and worse things openly preach lies and deceit and yet we are too busy arguing over small matters rather than forming a unified front in the name of truth. Long ago the children of God stood as one and that time must come again! to this end I call on the righteous Catholic Church to join with the Tholish Church in reconciling our differences and preaching the truth.

By Order of his Holiness, Pope Celestine II, the bishops of the Holy Catholic Church accept this call for Christian unity. An Ecumenical Council will be held in Sheen out of concern for the safety of both Tholish and Petrine representatives. His Holiness will send, among the bishops of his church, Cardinal Joseph Bartone as his Legate.

By the order of Vicar Barnes, The Prime Sectarian Church of Sheen accepts this call for unity whole heartedly and is willing to come to this Ecumenical Council in Sheen. Vicar Barnes himself will represent the Prime Sectarian Church.
