To the Sovereign Leaders of all nations:
Acknowledging the incident in New Respite has escalated to an all-time high, the Kaskadien Government wishes to extend a proverbial olive branch to all parties involved, and their respective allies. The Kaskadien people wish for isolation, but we also wish for peace, and therefore we must act to maintain it even at such a dark hour for all nations.
We wish for a diplomatic solution, a compromise both sides can be proud of. This will only be had through a showing of good faith and a willingness to listen to the other side.
With all of this in mind, we must implore both the Hauhkuno of Sadalen and the Pontiff of New Respite to come to Port Roberts with a goal of peace in their hearts.
