Welcome, one and all! The Archivists Of Lustria send this to people of all status and wealth. This day, we request help with the recovery of a long forgotten warship, The mighty Bismarck! WE do not have enough boats to do it ourselves, so we have decided to make it a worldwide community project! Once recovered, it will be repaired and restored, and turned into the largest floating museum to date!

When the letter reached the Magdal's office, he did not think much of it. But seeing this as an opportunity to better relations with this new City-State, he started drafting letters to RAF command and back to the sender. Had he not been busy planning what matters he'd like to address in his talks tomorrow, he would've sent a more lengthy response, but alas, that was not to be. For now, he simply sent a letter informing these Archivists that he would send 3 of the Royal Navy's Damião-class Cruisers to aid in this venture.

The Archivists would like to clarify, we do not want to purchase any ships, we wish to bring people together to recover the Kms Massive. We do not have enough sailors to man all of the ships that would assist us. The owners of the ships would man the ships, and help us. We will pay most if the fuel and ration costs, and repairs for ships if required.
