Ships full of Rodinan citizens fleeing their homeland are flooding into the shores of the Kingdom. The beaches around Castelo Real are in absolute chaos. Magdali soldiers are working around the clock, trying to set up enough beds for everyone. But it is not enough. Princess Isabel has written letters to the other powers requesting aid. If it doesn't arrive soon, it's only a matter of time before the troops stationed in the island are overwhelmed.
