To the His Imperial Majesty, Arcturus, the Third of His Name, Autocrat of All the Prussoians,
It has come to our attention that despite our close proximity, we have never signed a formal treaty together. This is certainly a grave error that must be sorted out. Thus we offer a non aggression pact and trade deal that will guarantee peace in our time and greater prosperity for our peoples. While we only see the first point as necessary, we wish to have our other points to be accepted as we believe it is both of our best interests.
1 - Both parties agree to not make acts of aggression directly against one another under any circumstance.
2 - Both parties shall provide free and open trade for general goods and wares. Luxury goods to be traded with reduced tariffs by both sides.
3 - Both parties to establish permanent embassies in each of our fine nations to maintain quick and efficient diplomacy.
I hope you do consider each of these three points of this deal so that we may remain in peace for another century or even more, and foster good will while we do so.
