Following the discussion of attaining a source of communion wine made by monks of the faith the church has sought out lands to create a priory to maintain a vineyard. To this end the church offers the state of Sheen 841,500 thalers to purchase fifty acres of land in Seaxebaurgs.

The Sheenish officials read through the documentation sent by the monks and counted the money sent. Once they found that it all added up, the approval was stamped and the documentation sealed and sent back to the monks to let them know they could commence construction on the site.

With the land purchased the church wastes no time in finalizing designs, in the end a design heavily inspired by the holy island is chosen. The church quickly sends a team to begin employing native laborers and native stoneworkers to build the priory, as the priory is being built the chosen 35 monks and prior are sent to receive education on cultivating grapes in Sheen. The news is quickly spreading across WTC which the church already being partially recuperated their expenses as doantions from prominent nobles pleased by the events roll into the church coffers.
