Free Saxon families shall each be granted a hide of land to settle.
All Saxon hides must organize into tythings, a group of ten households who elect a leader who is obligated to produce any member for trial failing to do so would result in retribution against all hides in the tything.
All orphaned nobles are to be reared in WTC by Tholish nobility, they shall be raised in the faith of their forefathers and to that end ten temples to the Germanic gods shall be constructed across WTC. The Crown shall manage their estates as trusts to be restored to them when they reach the age of majority.
The King guarantees that the Saxon's may continue to practice their traditional faith unimpeded.
Saxony is beyond the influence of parliament they shall instead be governed by local and regional Folkmoots to handle local laws and disputes.
