Alex of the a for now unknown organization makes contact with the Aztecs. Alex has no clear afflictions even if his appearance is clearly of Rodina, but little of his values show any affliction with either the red or blue sides. He comes to the Aztecs with the promise of aid. He could provide weapons, or more precise large quantities of the IR1862. The IR1862 was the former standard rifle of the Imperial Rodian Army. Currently being phased out for the SR1895. He could provide 50,000 rifles with 2,250,000 round for the rifle, giving each rifle 45 rounds.  He also had a promise of 1,000 anti-personnel mine. a weapon that have proven some worth in Rodina during the revolution. He could also promise heavier weaponry of 2 guns of the type 152mm siege gun M1877.  This is what we can begin with as a gift of good faith for your struggle. How he has come by these resources and arms I'd assume is of little concern as long as they can help your cause.

Some businessmen from Sheen meet with the Aztecs to discuss selling far more advanced sheenish weaponry with them, including the possibility of some naval vessels if the Aztecs are willing to pay the right price. They shall be dealt as if they are for resistance groups to deal with the Aztecs, however the businessmen, seeing Duom as an archaic nation that cannot be profiteered off of, want to have a far more easily controlled state, that they see the Aztec empire as due to their simpler, primative minds in the eyes of the businessmen.
