The Sheenish Election

In the Association to-day, there are people who have to struggle for unjust wages and toil on other people's land. In the Association to-day, a man can be accosted for exercising his right to walk freely in open land all because a rich-man or a Kulak decided to enclose it. In the Association to-day, workers must slave under the bourgeoisie and produce weapons of murder to oppress the common man at home and abroad! It is time for this to stop... We the Workers Party of the Association, communards to a man, want to tear down this military-industrial complex and restore the Association to its rightful owners, the people! No man should have to work under another's thumb, every man should have the right to trespass where he pleases, and we should all be co-equal in our possession of the land!

While our brothers in the N.L.S.D.A.P. have made a brave noise, they have done too little to carry out their promises of fraternite, egalite, and liberte for all. They seek only to remedy the inequalities of the courts and ballot, not to bring about a true equity between men. They support the slavery that is labour for wages, ignoring the stark and growing pay-gap that exists between men and women because it is too inconvenient to address! I say we do away with this pay-gap and we do away with every aspect of this corrupt system, removing money from the equation all together... From each according to his ability, to each according to his need, that is the motto under which we march.

We swear to uphold our values and bring about real change, here and beyond, but not through bloody revolution like the misguided Rodinans. Communism by the people must be brought about through the people, so we will not force it upon those unwilling to embrace it... But be prepared, for one day the world will be united in our song and under our banner and we will bury those that once stood in our way.

In response to extreme hostility from the nationalists and said nationalists favorable opinions in regards to communists, the agrarians look towards the Catholic Church as a new ally in these troubled times.

In coordination with more fiery priests of the Catholic Church, the New Agrarians begin a campaign denouncing the nationalists and communists as cut from the same cloth. Depictions of the two display them as immoral corrupters of the youth and in some cases even devils, while also on occasion attacking the communist's support of homosexual rights by drawing them as gay lovers.

Beyond propaganda sent from the top, the movement also had grass routes support generally in the form of church groups where concerned parents are warned of the dangers that the radical satanists posed to their children and are encouraged to spread the word of this threat. Said supporters also took more direct action by forming pressure groups demanding various figures, political and otherwise, to denounce the evils of the communists and nationalists and bar them platforms to spread their ideas.

With Conservative moral panic in full swing, the Agrarians begin to pull towards becoming a real 3rd party.

As the People of Sheen walked around their cities they began to notice many pamphlets around the city with entrances to the new Theatres being a popular place along with the entrance to their trains stations and many further places that experienced much traffic. The pamphlets were a series of slogans and questions to be posed to the Sheenish people. Including but not limited to:
Do you want a strong leader who was trained for their job from birth?
Do you want a less corrupt government taking fewer bribes from the big corporations?
Are you Tired of the constant bickering between the Political Parties?
In our changing world do you want decisions made quickly and without a fuss instead of the years or even decades that some legislation can take?

Yerkes continues to push his own successes into the spotlight, continuing the recovery of the MLP.

In a dingy back alley, two boys were being given the pep talk of their lives. They had red kerchiefs tied around their necks and were being given grenades and pistols. The pins were removed from the grenades, so that if they relaxed their fingers for a second, they would risk blowing up. The pistols were all loaded and cocked. Their target? One Mr. John Smith, the leader of the N.S.D.A.P.

'The capitalist swine have stolen our virtues and made mockeries of them, cloaking themselves in them so that they might eat more freely from our troughs... No more! When Mr. Smith comes back to his office, as soon as he steps out of the car, you two are to kill him. All you have to do is point and squeeze the triggers at him, understood? Try to get as close as possible to him, that way your aim is better.'

Adjusting up their kerchiefs to cover their faces and making sure the boys did not have any identifying articles on them, the two older revolutionaries patted them on the backs and put them just at the edge of the alleyway to wait. With any luck, the boys would die with the grenades and a few extra would go down with them.

The Elections are over, and the results are in!

The MLP and Agrarians are in talks to form a coalition, with backup talks with Independents, however if this fails, the country will be run by all parties.

With initial rallying of support towards sticking together in the trying times ahead, support remains relatively static.
