Proposal: Due to rising tensions to the west of our nation, it has come to out attention that the grand duchy of Jollbastalic currently has no standing millitary forces, as such, we propose both an expansion eastward of our current territory up to the line between 19th and 20st parallels, with development of 5 new towns for mining operations, due to the current resource scarcity for both oil and iron, both of which are a essential resource for the upcoming development of the army and navy. In terms of budget cost, this endeavor should cost somewhere between 15,000,000,000 and 25,000,000,000 Jollars, with the higher estimate factoring cost for installation of mining equipment, as well as steel factories, wages and housing for workers.
