The King of Heel Tomor Inferno is standing on the balcony of the Parliamentary building, the press and a good part of the Heels Spike population are attending his speech.
"People of Heel, our Nation is in crisis, piracy in our waters rises even on our own trade ships, multiple acts of violence in the streets by socialists in an attempt to SCARE us into their LIES!! They spread falsehoods about the world and speak of Tyranny! Disguised as a FALSE equality! Due to this Parlament today voted fore the Volksverhetzung and Anti Piracy acts! All piracy is to be hunted down, ship divers loose their right to mount weapons on their ships and the right to bear arms. Advocating for a socialist Government or an authoritarian Government in general in an capacity to harm public peace are hereby banned! LONG LIFE THE REPUBLIC! LONG LIFE HEEL!"
The crowd mostly roars in agreement with some pirates and socialists screaming in protest but quickly getting silenced by the mob.
In the following days many pirates have been ambushed and captured and many more socialists quieted. With nowhere to go most of them keeped quiet resulting in socialism no longer getting an influx of people and the socialist party quickly lost votes.
