We bring Access to the The Strait of Dragkona and with that the Sadalen markets as well as massive amounts of Iron and other similar Minerals. We do however not need your wise scientits as we have already employed the Technocrats of Dunwik for those purposes. There are many gold and Iron rich volcanos still untouched in the plains of Heel, we can give you limited mining rights there if you are willing to connect the region with the major citys of the Republic per railroad.

I do not speak of scientists, but the finest men in regards to electricity and railways, engineers beyond any that Dunwik can offfer. We do find your offer of mining rights and strait access to be sufficient for us to provide our railway knowledge.

Then we have a deal, limited mining rights in the Plains of the Wind as well as an 85% reduction on all fees to enter the Territorial waters of heel and the Strait of Dragkona on the side of Heel for the construction of an railway net connecting the plains with the major coastal city's of Heel.
