Alrhrine Treaty

The Following outlines the Treaty of Alrhine

Here in the Empire of Rashad and the Kingdom of Golan/The Arch Duchy of Delifold are recognised as the Contracting Parties.


Article 1
The Contracting powers are to be at peace.

Article 2
The Alrhine river is to be set as the boarder between the contracting parties as detailed in Annex 1

Article 3 
The Kingdom of Golan is to be dissolved and reincorporated into the Empire of Rashad as the Arch Duchy of Delifold (Informally the Arch Duchy of Golan)

Article 4 
In accordance with Article 3 the position of Golisch King is abolished and all heirs to the position must publicly renounce their claim before the Emperor of Rashad or be banned from all lands under the control of the Empire of Rashad

Article 5 
To maintain peace in the region The area of the Arch Duchy of Delifold all those that are not Rashadian citizens are prohibited from owning, creating or otherwise utilizing weapons of war, Defined in Annex 2 to be enforced by the Arch Duke. There will be an amnesty period of 2 months from the signing of this treaty in which the return of weapons will be compensated.

Article 6
To allow for the effective policing of the Arch Duchy, the Rashadian military will permanently establish itself as a military garrison of the Arch Duchy until such a time as the Emperor of Rashad decrees it no longer necessary. For the duration of this time the Arch Duchy will provide the pay of the Garrisoning soldiers.

Article 7
To be able to allow for the occupation of the lands south of the Alrhine river the Empire of Rashad will accept the relocation and citizenship of those non Jewish citizens that would now be under the control of the Arch Duchy of Delifold. To facilitate the relocation of these people the Arch Duchy of Delifold will cover all expenses that are required in this process and to support the lively hood of these persons for the next 5 years.

Article 8
The Empire of Rashad will Occupy all lands north of the Alrhine river to aid in the relocation of its peoples.

Article 9
The Empire of Rashad will maintain sovereignty of 3 lands detailed in Annex 1 for the purposes of basing the Rashadian military.

Article 10
The Rashadian Empire reserves the right to collect tariffs in the territorial waters of the Arch Duchy and may use the waters for its own use without the oversight of the Arch Duchy

Article 11
The Arch Duchy of Delifold will be a position to be appointed at the discursion of the Emperor of Rashad with all laws of the Arch Duchy begin passed in his name.

Article 12
The Emperor of Rashad will require all Golisch males over the age of 18 to make a Oath of allegiance to the Rashadian Emperor to be detailed by the Emperor, failure to comply with this without an exemption being granted by either the Emperor or Arch Duke will result in either exile or execution to be decided by the Arch Duke. The deadline for this to take place are 2 years from the annunciation of the Oath

Article 13
All POWs captured by both sides are to be returned to their countries unharmed with any who have been injured or killed in captivity suitably compensated by their captors. 

Article 14
The Arch Duchy will not be allowed to establish colonies with any attempt to be considered treason.

Article 15
The Arch Duke of Delifold will not be a political figure and will not interfere in the political running of the Arch Duchy other then stipulated above, except as a Judicial figure with the power to enforce Rashadian law in regards to the military occupation and to ensure peace in the Arch Duchy.

Article 16
To allow for easy communication, trade and travel between the contracting powers, the Empire of Rashad will invest in the construction a number of tunnels through the mountains between the contracting powers, with funding to come from the Arch Duchy

Article 17
Rashadian citizenship is renounced from all those who fought against the Empire of Rashad unless specified by the Rashadian Emperor.

Article 18
The Contracting powers both recognise each other as sovereign nations in accordance with the above agreement


Annex 1


Annex 2 
    -Naval
        -Military vessels of any kind
        -No weapons may be mounted to any ships from the Arch Duchy excluding harpoon guns for the purposes             of whaling
    -Air
        -Aircraft of any nature
        -All use of aircraft in the Arch Duchy is limited to Rashadians exclusively unless invited by a Rashadian             Citizen
    -Army
        -Any form of vehicles excluding Horse drawn carriages, coaches or carts.
        -The use of Vehicles in the Arch Duchy to be limited to Rashadians exclusively unless invited to by a             Rashadian citizen  
        -Any form of Firearms
        -The only other weapons allowed for use by the inhabitants of the Arch Duchy include bows, crossbows,             blades, axes and spears.
