Esteemed Leaders of the World,
In order to encourage international cooperation and communication, the Imperium Divinium will host the First World's Fair, to be held on the New Year of 1920. Though the day shall mark the official completion of the city of Latium, it is our profound hope that as many nations and cultures of the world shall be represented as possible in the proceedings. To that end, every recognized state shall be offered adequate pavilion space in order to showcase the merits of their homeland and people. As a cultural exchange, we look forward to seeing the best your nations have to offer.
If you have interest in sending a party to partake in the event, we ask for information on what is necessary to ensure your demonstration is successful.
Vale, Emperor Florin, First Citizen of Divinium

We will also need space to construct a great hall to display the great industries of each of our seven cities. The Yerkes family has also requested that a ride be built into this grand building so that each section may be reached in a brisk fashion, which we will work to integrate in a most attractive manner. Yours Sincerely, Jon Harvey, First Councillor of the Association.

Yours Sincerely, Jon Harvey, First Councillor of the Association. Mr Harvey, We are elated at the acceptance and prompt reply to our request. No finer display of Placidian ingenuity will likely be found outside of your displays. Your request will be accommodated to the best of our abilities. As Latium has been reconstructed with a fine eye to historic detail of the city, it is lacking in some of the more open promenade grounds that modern urban planning would typically allow for such a grand undertaking. Nevertheless, we believe we have a few locations that you will hopefully find adequate. As the former Headquarters of the Latin League, several Estates were built in the city proper for the purposes of housing their representatives. As these are no longer largely in use, the first location we can offer you is the Castra Lucida, located to the West of the Latini Palace where the Divinian Pavilion is to be constructed. The Castra itself can be offered for any interior displays if you wish, or can simply be used as housing and logistics for your staff. The plaza and parade grounds of the Castra are open to use for any external constructions, as are a cordoned off section of the gardens which join the estates together. The main thoroughfare will be closed to automobile traffic not directly related to transport of goods in relation to the Fair. Sincerely, F.A Solaris P.S. If you are so inclined, we would like to take this opportunity to host a sampling and ranking of Alcoholic Beverages. If the Association would like to participate, we would happily accept entries into the competition, as well as offering one of the judge positions to a man of your choice.

To the Honourable F.A Solaris, The Location at the Castra Lucida you have offered will be perfect for our needs, and I will have a team sent out to figure out what we can do within the alloted space. As to the offer of hosting a Beverage competition, We would be greatful if you would. For a Judge, Bradley Garett is one of the finest purveyor and reviewer of liquors of all kinds in the Association, and as for beverages, we should at least enter a Sheenish Whiskey from Dauthsaiws, A Davidian Scrumpy, A White Wine from Seaxebaurgs, and of course in the area we are best known, we must cover all bases in Beer, so I would say a Barleywine, A Rodinan Export Stout Porter, A Gankand Export Porter, given we shall be your guests, and a fine vintage of Gulf 20, which is traditionally a beer we give for visiting royalty. Sincerely, Jon Harvey, First Councillor of the Association.

To the honourable Kayser Florin of Guthancyningar.
The Nation of New Respite would like to request 2-3 plots of land. The first to be some open outdoor area of either flat grass or of paved or cobbled flooring for us to demonstrate our advances in the field of vertical take off aviation. The second and potentially third areas should be either 1 large building with either ample floor space or two floors, or 2 buildings of a smaller nature for us to house a bakery cafe and a tailors to allow the people of Guthancyningar to enjoy the cuisine and dress of day to day Caudian life. In addition we would like to ask for permission to hold religious ceremonies in one of these areas once the stores are closed to allow for your people to experience a different flavour of Christendom, no conversions will be accepted without your permission as to show that this is not a missionary operation and simply a chance for your peoples to explore another branch of the Lord's faith.
May this find you in good health and merriment Metropolitan Miriam Khaulkorgothsugatar, Zarsegan of the Chadash-Sanhedrin

Having considered your request, we believe a suitable location for your installations will be the Forum Holitorium. The plaza will be cleared in preparation for your aeronautical demonstration, and suitable stalls and aedificia will be prepared as requested. Although not as grand as the Forum Magnum, this location would place you in closer proximity to the other represented nations, which will likely draw a larger crowd. Logistically, this would also ameliorate the inevitable issues arising from traffic flow into such a noble and ancient city as Latium. We hope this arrangement is pleasing to you. Vale, F.A Solaris, First Citizen of Divinium

To the Ruler of the Latins, We thank you for this opportunity. On behalf of the Raikh and its colonies, we have been instructed to request an area suitable for the showing of live animals and the installation of partitions, so we might present multiple exhibits at once. For this purpose, we would ask for a plot with a total land area between seventy-five hundred and fifteen-thousand square feet. The area will be subject to light construction, as we intend the structure to be temporary. On behalf of the Raikh, So Hebiðdräkhskapiz af Lisnojaning

From: Dr. Isaac Arthur, Grand Chairman of All Dunwik, Man Of Tomorrow & Holder of Innumerable Other Glorious Titles To: His Esteemed Majesty, Emperor Florin, First Citizen of Divinium, & Holder of Innumerable Other Glorious Titles
We request a large plot of land with a runway of a respectable [exact specifications here - (coming out to a fairly average runway length for the time period)] length to allow us to demonstrate our prowess in the fields of aircraft maneuvering.
We further request space to construct a theater to demonstrate some of our most recent breakthroughs in video & audio recording. We additionally wish to demonstrate some of our latest breakthroughs in the fields of applied evolution and make a comparison. If you would be so kind as to bring Consul Priscilla to the event, we would love to see her again, and compare her to some of her newborn relatives.
How is the old bird, anyway? What's her daily routine like? Has she settled in well? Has she learned Latin to any major degree? If she has, does she speak with an accent? Has she developed any neologisms? Has being declared a Consul altered her behavior in any way? Is she cognizant of the authority she wields? Has she made any decrees?
I know that this has strayed from the purpose of the missive, but Priscilla is the closest to a daughter I've ever had. Thank you for keeping good care of her.
To our continued friendship, -Dr. Arthur.
