Golan Annexes the cities!
The Golisch government has requested the submission and annexation of the city states of the eastern Jews, as war has erupted in Ostrea once more. And Golan requires all the manpower and industry it can get. Further territory would be incorporated in the future.
These territories will be under Golisch authority from now on.
