The Kingdom of Golan would offer Sadaler merchants money, if they set up shop in the east in order to lessen the hesitation to move out into Terra nullus and rebuild from scratch. In addition, Golan guarantees the merchants from raiders and bandits from ever attacking them using the Golan Military to protect Golan and foreign assets in the region.

However, we require provisions to ensure the safety of our subjects and their assets, including the establishment of a joint security council and the right to appoint our own security personnel to operate within the designated territory. Additionally, we require assurances of fair treatment and equal protection under the law for all Raikh merchants operating within Golan's borders. |
