Dear Your Majesty,
I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to you today on behalf of the Empire of Rashad, in hopes of establishing a non-aggression pact and open borders between our two great nations.
We believe that a non-aggression pact would serve as a strong foundation for a peaceful relationship between our nations. By committing to this pact, we would agree to refrain from any acts of aggression towards each other, and to resolve any disputes through diplomatic means.
Furthermore, we believe that opening our borders to each other would benefit both of our nations in a number of ways. Increased trade and tourism would strengthen our economies, and cultural exchange would promote greater understanding and respect between our people.
Therefore, we respectfully request that the Golan Kingdom consider entering into a non-aggression pact with the Empire of Rashad, and that you also consider opening your borders to our citizens. We are eager to begin discussions and negotiations to establish the terms of these agreements, and we are committed to working towards a mutually beneficial relationship between our two great nations.

We thank you for the offer, however. We cannot agree to such terms unless the empire of Rashad accepts and recognizes our claims in the east of our Borders, if that criteria is fit. We will accept and begin opening our borders within a month of our signature.

I am sure you are aware of the long history of friendship and cooperation between Rashad and Golan, and I believe it is time to take that relationship to the next level. As Emperor of Rashad, I would like to formally invite the King of Golan to enter into a personal union with me. Under this arrangement, the King would take on the title of Duke of Rashad, while I would take on the title of Emperor of Golan. This union would serve to strengthen our ties and promote greater cooperation and collaboration between our two nations. I also propose that we enter into a non-aggression pact to ensure that our nations remain at peace with each other. This would be a symbol of the trust and mutual respect that we have for each other, and would help to build a strong foundation for our future relationship. I believe that this union and non-aggression pact would be of great benefit to both of our nations, and I hope that you will give this proposal your serious consideration.
