Establishing relations
[Representatives from the Kingdom of Golan have arrived with a letter directly from the government.]
Letter:
An envoy along with an embassy was sent towards the ports of Acielon to establish diplomatic relations with the kingdom, ordered and sent by the prime minister of Golan Aberlin Abramczyk. Along with establishing permanent relations with each other, Golan would also like to negotiate and start talks about 2 things.
1st The purchase of food.
The kingdom of golan has recently suffered a food shortage from the lack of arable land, we fear that the farms we currently possess are not enough to sustain the growing population. Due to this issue, the kingdom of Golan has sent a few representatives and officials towards Acielon and its golden fields to negotiate the purchase and import of grain, meat and other goods such as wine and cloth.
2nd The negotiations of arms licenses
With the situation in the continent of Ostrea, we fear that our current military would not be able to face the task at hand with defending our country from foreign threats. With this, an order from the chief of general staff Omer Haddad and the Prime minister of Golan has been issued. That being the modernization and increased standards of the RAFG [Royal Armed Forces of Golan]. In order to achieve this goal however, our specialists and engineers lack the experience and knowledge in designing heavy weaponry and more recently aircraft in order to catch up with the neighboring states. As such, the representatives will also negotiate for a technological exchange as well as the acquisition of licenses to produce and make use of in the RAFG.
