part 2 - Regarding Patrolling, Trading, and Natural Resources in the Ringsea
Part 1 - Purpose of the Treaty
This treaty was created to regulate trading, territorial boundaries, patrolling, exploitation of natural resources, as well as promote stability and cooperation in the region.
The following articles are hereby agreed upon, and are to properly enforced by the signatory nations.
Article 1: The signatories shall patrol and protect shipping in the following regions:

Any reasources in this region belong to a jointly owned extraction company where any signatories may take on an equal share of costs for an equal share of control and profits.
Article 4: A joint commission will be placed in charge of distributing fishing tags to signatory based on national fishing industries.
part 3 - Regarding Peace, Stability, and Morality in the Ringsea

Article 1: All Ringsea nations are permitted free travel through each other's waters, with an exception of up to 20 nautical waters off the coast.
Article 2: A central court in Sheen is to be established for handling pirates, smugglers, or other criminals caught in the Ringsea.
Article 3: All Ringsea nations agree to jointly defend against any attempts by foreign nations to stop signatories from enforcing the clauses of this treaty.
Article 4: Slavery is banned in the Ringsea. All slaves who enter Ringsea patrolled waters are instantly considered free and are too be brought to the Ringsea Court to decide the issue of citizenship.
