The Department for Protecting the Public Security and Order
With the Rodina in full control by the Omsk, a secretive department was formed without the knowledge of the public. The Okhrana will be tasked with information gathering, crushing anti government sentiment and espionage. The Omsk government has gone through extreme lengths to keep the Okhrana a secret. Even going as far as assassinating potential witnesses, the Okhrana will also be sent abroad to multiple nations where anti Magdali/Rodina sentiment will brew. All public mentions of the Okhrana will be punishable by death.
Along with the extreme secrecy (to the point of Magdalenum officials only knowing it by name), the Okhrana will have the authority to silence, kill and use any means necessary to complete any mission.
