Following investigations of espionage attempts in Acielon and WTC, we have tracked the source of this infiltration campaign to a front operating in your nation known as 'Acme'. I would firstly like to clarify I do not believe the Sheenish government is in anyways behind these efforts; however, someone or group is. To uncover the source of these spies I and my allies in Acielon would like your cooperation in searching Acme.

Honorable councilor,
My observer has reported that the detained leader of Acme has admitted to engaging in espionage in Tholish territory, a serious offense. Given there is a high possibility that some of his agents remain, and the lack of a sheenish equivalent crime for their actions, I must ask that he be extradited to WTC to face trial.

The Alliance Court quickly entered into a shouting match over the issue of extradition, with it being a hotly contested topic due to the lack of extradition treaty existing. But in the end it was decided 13-12 in favour of extraditing the Acme manager after he had finished his sentence in the Association.
