In an attempt to avoid further conflict I would like to propose a compromise to the previously agreed treaty.
1. We forget about the Dreadnoughts we where owed.
2. You accept the Rashadian citizenship of those who used to serve in your navy and allow them to bring their families to Rashad if they so wish.
3. We will collect a fully operational submarine of your most recent class that is not experimental.
