To: The Mešweti Sultan, Amêzyan Haytham From: Her Most Faithful Majesty, Empress Isabel Afonses de Roque of the Imperium Magdalenum
Distinguished Sultan,
Mister Bonifácio has delivered me a full retelling of events of his visit, and I am pleased to know that we were received with such hospitality by your subjects. I have also received the draft of an extremely long-winded paper written by Professor Furjaz, detailing his theories of our shared histories. Needless to say, I have received nothing but high praises of your people from my delegation. Current events keep me from formally inviting you to visit our isles, but in the meantime, I'd like to extend you an invitation to exchange embassies. From there on, we may be able to exchange scholars, and expedite formal methods of translation between both our tongues, facilitating communication between your people and the other nations of the world. We would, of course, cover the cost of construction of your embassy on our capital.
Best Regards,
Her Most Faithful Majesty, Empress Isabel Afonses de Roque

To: Empress Isabel Afonses de Roque of the Imperium Magdalenum From: Agellid Amêzyan Haytham of House Shahan
Shining Empress from the North,
we receive with great pleasure this letter of yours. Your faithful subjects were most honourable in their contact with us and we are of the fierce belief, that such subjects could only be born from a nation of integrity with a benevolent ruler at it's head. Therefore we accept this exchange of embassies between our nations and will grant your representatives territorial rights over a palace in Sîharat or Nazaš, by your choice. May this be the beginning of a prosperous relationship for both og our people.
May your path be guided by radiance,
The most enlightened and noblest of the Noble, Amêzyan Haytham who rules over Mešwet by the will of the Divine Light

The Palace at Sîharat was chosen for the Embassy, as the Empress thought it best for the Embassy to be a small distance away from the heart of Mešweti Government. Mister Bonifácio was appointed the First ambassador to Mešwet, as he had already gained the respect of the people there, and knew his way with words. Professor Hugo had been forcefully teaching him whatever he had managed to discover about the Mešweti tongue. Back at Magalhães, an abandoned building near the Central Train Station was acquired by the State. Architects and contractors were summoned to begin reconstruction efforts, and the old Empis House, that had belonged to a Nobleman who had died without heirs, was repurposed into the new Mešweti Embassy to the Imperium Magdalenum.
