To help build naval cohesion with the Hansa the Rashadian navy will be participating in Naval manoeuvres North of The ID and practicing long range battleline combat and South of the Ganklands Lighters craft will be participating in Sub hunting exercises with the Sheenish Navy which is one area the navy was concerned about as it lacks an undersea arm of its navy to practice with. These Exercises will last 3 months and will involve 60 vessels

To help Expand the High seas Fleet Screen a new Class of Destroyers is being laid down along with a new class of accompanying Light cruisers As Flotilla leaders.
As well as the lighter forces the Scouting Element will be further expanded with a new class of 4 Battlecruiser

The Moderali war began a surge in military enlistment as men flocked to the recruiting centers to join the "Great Adventure" This was the coming of age for many young peasants who had spent their lives on farms now looking for ways to expand their horizons. For the Dukes, this was a good chance to test out the new military organization and the recent reforms as well as help secure political relations through the blood, sweat, and tears of Rashadian soldiers and sailors. It also sparked an increase in state infrastructure especially the shipbuilding industry and arms manufacturing. And for one Duke it might provide the opening he required to do something only seen once before in Rashadian history...

The Emperor stood and addressed the Gathered nobles of both Noreska and Rashad.
"For nearly a millennium our two nations have been in a constant struggle for supremacy with countless lives lost over the centuries, But from this day forth let us work together for a brighter future. I would like to call on the following Terns of Noreska to the front, Wlencing, Aethelheah, Brunwulf. On this Day we will seek to brighten our future together, to achieve this aim I am making these men Dukes of Rashad who will run this country along with the 11 other dukes and myself. This will help enable us to forge a new path to the future. To achieve this I will require the loyalty of the nobility in Noreska and you will all accept this new arrangement now."
Most of the Room was silent for a few moments before many of the Noreskan Nobility bent the knee to the Emperor and his new Dukes, after 10 seconds only 1 man was still standing from amongst the crowd, The Kern of Noreska. The Emperor then spoke directly to him.
"I wondered if you would do this. To ensure you continued service to this Confederation, I am going to Make you an honorary Grand Duke, a title that has not been seen for over 500 years, You will be my second in command assisting in the transition process, If however you do not accept I will be forced to take other measures. " Motioning to the Imperial Guard around the room. The Kern accepted and bowed to the Emperor. The Kern then called out
"Then we shall feast to this new Confederation" Which was followed by a rousing cheer from all in the room.

With the current conflict against WTC, the Emperor authorized the creation of a 3rd and 4th Army group. The recruiting would be open to any who didn't follow Tholish Christianity.
