The construction of the new race track
After years the race track construction has finally secured government support and funding. The proposition of an international racing track was originally proposed in 1906 but hit large resistance due to its original location. However, since then, the track has been relocated and now will sit in the south of the Valacion city area. The racing track will be the first of its kind on a grand international scale. The track will range from a total distance of 1.2 km and will be situated in the southern Valacion area. The structure will be able to hold an estimated 100,000 people within its stands and other outside areas and potentially even more.
The GVR (Global Valanion Race organisation) will be the acting head and manager of the project and its events. The elected president of the organisation will be a former engineer for Regue and former racer Astrum Bortoli. A man who is well known for driving the nation's first-ever race car.
The project's construction will be set to begin in the early part of the year in 1907 and its completion is projected to be 2 years later in 1909. The track will primarily serve domestic racing competitions but also will have the capacity to host international ones. The hope is that racing track will be able to pull in different countries all over the world to put aside their differences in the name of sporting and fun.
In addition to this, the project will serve domestic automobile companies such as Civila and Regua for a controlled environment to test new concepts. Foreign companies will be able to do the same allowing their vehicles to be tested in far harsher conditions due to the region's tropical biome.
This project is also has been endorsed by President Krystof Vernon and in his own words described it as “A vital part of the future, culture, and our friends. This project without a doubt will bring joy and greater unification among our people.”
Approved by the Valanion government and signed by the prime minister Ondrea Zdenka
