We have received your consular and we somewhat perplexed to his nature, be he is being kept well in regards to health and comfort. We must warn that we are not entirely certain that he is capable of understanding human speech nor laws, but will be kept to the same standards as any other in his position would be. Should he be found to break the law, we shall have no choice but to punish him accordingly and eject him should he still live.
With such matters out of the way, we now intent to reciprocate and would wish to send a consul to your lands with a cultural and military attaché. You should expect them to arrive no later than three months from the arrival of this message and we hope that they will be taken care of to an equally satisfactory standard as yours has been.
