The treaty of Bulsar
This document officially confirms that the native nation of Rwephe's land, people, and property is now property of the Enclave.
Do to great victory the Enclave had on 9-3-1905 resolving the conflict between the nation of Rwephe and the savage tribe called the Hkuhnts. Therefore allying Rwephe and the Enclave. This treaty officially confirms the annexation of the nation of Rwephe into the Enclave.
