DOC Application

The offer of Full Membership below listed, is formally presented to Magister generalis Pablo Escobar, of the Order of Merchants, under supervision of the Empress Isabel of ly Imperium Magdalenum, following negotiations and approval of the Primary Chambers of the Board of Directors of the Divinian Offshore Company:

I. ly Imperium Magdalenum shall honor the Charter of the DOC in clauses which pertain to all member states. Clauses which apply specifically to founding members shall not be considered binding in this contract of membership.

II. Magdalenum shall pay in full the necessary amount to construct or acquire appropriate housing of regional chambers in their nation.

III. The above mentioned party shall pay the initial costs of shipping and equipping profitable ventures approved by the Magdali Chamber of the DOC.

IV. The Magdali government shall be responsible for sharing in no less than 12.5% of the company as stationed in their borders.

Accepting these terms, ly Imperium Magdalenum shall be recognized as a proper and full member of the Divinian Offshore Company.
