I request that in this time of tensed relationships and near conflicts that we should come together as the international community and attempt to resolve the Issues at hand before we escalate to further conflict then what has been seen already in the last few years.
I hereby invite all nations to send a representative to Rashad were My duke Heregod Rothwell will Mediate Disputes in my stead while I am occupied elsewhere, between all nations present to try and help establish a system of peace for our nation to live together under.
It is to be held in the City of Sandvall in House Rothwell where propper accommodation will be arranged for all quests.
I wish that you see the sense in these arrangements and attend to help prevent otherwise inevitable bloodshed.

With regards to this situation, I shall attend to help arbitrate the matter, however if the agreement is not upheld by one side, I am letting you know beforehand that I shall consider this arbitration to be null and void and not uphold what others do not. However, with that said I do wish that this meeting is successful and an acceptable middle ground can be found and agreed upon so that reign of tyranny by Peace may continue to cause endless bother to the Hauhkuno.
