To the Good Bankers of Sheen,
On behalf of the Raikhsleidandskapiz and the Hauhkunoleiksflutt, we would like to request a small loan two-million three-hundred and fifty-four thousand nine-hundred and seventy (2.354.970) Trade Guilders for the purposes of naval renewal and expansion in light of an increased threat from foreign aggression in the west.
We fully intend to spend the loan employing the local artisans and craftsmen of Sheen in the construction of fourteen (14) battleships, three (3) battlecruisers, twenty (20) heavy cruisers, forty (40) light cruisers, and a hundred (100) destroyers of our own designs, as well as two (2) new Great Tit-class ocean-liners by the names of the Common Shag and the Hoary Puffleg.
We are prepared to begin payments starting one year from the loan being extended and intend to pay it off in installments of one fifth (1/5) the principle over the course of five (5) years.
