On behalf of the United Republic of Valanion and the Popular Republic of Emerosia, their excellencies President Krystof Vernon and Foreign Minister Jacqueline Marat agree to the following points
1. The great nations of Emerosia and Valanion recognise and appreciate the great friendships between their peoples, and in this spirit declare friendship between the two sister republics.
2. To act in the principle of free and friendly trade when enacting laws concerning the other country and her goods
3. Visa-less travel to each other's countries and favourable migration laws
4. The harmonisation of education standards and testing across the two nations for the purpose of academic integration and exchange
a. The creation of a common program for ease of student exchange between prominent universities
b. The period exchange of academics and professors between the two universities
c. The creation of linguistic education programs to assist in greater academic integration
5. The funding of cooperative programs to research and develop new and better ways of combating tropical diseases, and other medicines
6. The surrender of the De Pellichi mansion in Genholm as an embassy and royal estate for the crown and the Valanion state
7. The surrender or construction of a sizeable building in Valencion as the site of a hall for the Emerosian traders and guilds
